At Loveorie, we currently offer one-time purchases only and do not provide subscription or recurring payment options at this time.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you would like to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@loveorie.com with your order number.

Changes to Orders

If you need to update your shipping address or correct order details, please contact customerservice@loveorie.com immediately after placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once order processing has begun.

Refunds & Returns

Canceled orders approved before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.
