At Loveorie, we carefully package every order to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

United Kingdom & Canada

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges determined by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Loveorie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact customerservice@loveorie.com as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Loveorie is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, our team will always do our best to assist whenever possible. For support, contact customerservice@loveorie.com.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@loveorie.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will review your request and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
