Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 
Thank you for shopping with us! Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Shipping fees are estimated at checkout.

Once you complete an order, we will process it within 1-2 business days and hand it over to the courier. Delivery time should take between 3 to 5 business days.  Please keep in mind that around holidays, there might be delays with the courier, which are not in our hands. If there is a significant delay for your order we will contact you via email or phone. Feel free to email us if you have any questions!

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipping internationally takes between 7 to 21 business days, unless you choose the UPS Worldwide Expedited option that takes up to 2 business days. Depending on your location, international shipping fees are estimated at checkout.

CUSTOMS 
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped outside of the United States could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the amount of these costs, which are your responsibility. As such please consult with the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

Please note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
